Returns & Exchanges

Return/Exchange Update:

All Purchases made from November 1st - December 24th will have a 60 day window for return or exchange. The policy is still 14 days for return for original payment method, but we are extending return for store credit or exchange for an additional 30 days. This makes gift giving from UPB a little less worrisome.

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of purchase. This does not include shipping cost. We accept returns for a STORE CREDIT for NON-FINAL SALE item(s) up until 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no refunds. Discount Codes of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We DO NOT accept returns on SALE items, gift cards, bralettes, camisoles, tights, socks, cosmetics, holiday items, mystery boxes, accessories such as hats, scarves, jewelry, and sunglasses.

We have the right to refuse a refund and or exchange if the item(s) have signs of wear, alterations, misuse, pet hair, odors, worn, or washed. Original tags must be attached to item(s). Shoes must be in their original box and encased in another box or appropriate shipping bag/box for protection. If shoes are returned with shipping label directly on the shoe box, or shoes and or box are damaged, the return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. And will be returned back to you and subject to return shipping cost.

Please contact Urban Posh Boutique with any defective/damaged item(s) within 3 days of receiving your item(s) or they can not be returned or exchanged.

If changes need to be made to your order, please notify us immediately by email at Once an order has been processed we will be unable to modify your order.

Standard shipping orders take 3-5 days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Urban Posh Boutique CAN NOT be responsible for delays with UPS shipping and or products lost or damaged in the mail. The US Post Office will be responsible once an order is shipped.

Return shipping cost is not reimbursed by Urban Posh Boutique unless we sent damaged or incorrect item(s).

We recommend purchasing correct size of item(s), and then shipping back the returned product, so you don’t miss out.

Store Credits are used for future purchases only.

Please make certain your shipping address is correct. We CANNOT be responsible if a package is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address. Please notify us immediately by email if the address needs to be updated and or changed after your purchase.

Please allow 3-4 business days for Urban Posh Boutique to receive the return(s), and 2-3 business days to process your refund and or store credit. If all the above criteria are met. Please note all refunds will be sent to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post-transaction to your account.

Online/Store Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of processing the return(s). You will be notified by the email address listed on your account.
